Sarah Timm
Reigning 2003 Elk County Fair Queen is the daughter of Robert and Sheri Timm of St. Marys. At 19 years of age she is a freshman Music Education Major at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. She has won many scholarships and awards for her hard work throughout school. Throughout high school and college she has been active in Marching Band, Show choir, Red Cross Youth Camps, and leading roles in high school and community musicals.
She is a fun, outgoing girl, who loves to meet new people. She strives to be a positive role model and leader in all her activities. She has been an excellent representative of the Elk County Fair. Sarah Placed in the top five in Hershey at the PA State Fair Convention. She competed against 51 other queens from across the state of Pennsylvania. Her Reign continues until the opening night of the 2004 fair on August 10th.
