ATV DRAG RACES - Rain or Shine - HELMETS REQUIRED

Place: Al Dietz Memorial Track Time: 7:00 PM
Date: Wednesday, August 8, 2007
Registration: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Entry Fee: $10.00
Classes:
Class One (I) 300 cc and under
Class Two (II) 301 cc to 400 cc
Class Three (III) 401 cc and up
(Honda 250R, Suzuki LT 250, Yamaha 350 Banshee, Kawasaki 250 Tecate / Tecate 4)
Class Four (IV) 4 Wheel Drives

RACING |
Races are double elimination unless otherwise specified. That means you must lose 2 races to lose the heat. You must lose 2 heats to be eliminated from the drag race. |
HEATS |
In each heat, the winner is the person who wins 2 out of 3 races. |
JUMPING THE LINE |
In each race, 1 jump is allowed per person. On the first jump, both racers will be brought back to rerun the race. The second jump by the same person will result in an automatic loss of that race. |
FINISH LINE |
If the race is too close to call at the finish line, the drivers will be brought back to rerun the race. The judges at the finish line have the final decision. |
HELMETS |
Helmets are required at all times on the race track. |
MINORS |
Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian sign their release form at registration. The parent or guardian MUST be present at all times while the minor is present. |
